With a global market share of over 50% our German company is the largest manufacturer for electrolytic copper powders, which are produced from copper cathodes of high purity (Cu > 99.9%), ensuring maximum conductivity (electric and thermal).
Because of our many years of experience in the field of metal powder production with currently over 1,100 different product specifications meeting the highest standards of quality, our German plant delivers customised metal powders worldwide.
Our innovative products can be found everywhere, from washing machines to hair dryers, to power steering, electric windows, seat adjustment and the new automatic start-stop mechanisms in cars. With a global market share of over 60% of special copper powders for the electric motor industry, our plant is the world market leader.
We are one of the only companies in Europe to deliver to smartphone manufacturers such as Apple and Samsung. In addition our plant has developed a special nano copper powder with a unique silver coating for extremely high electrical conductivity. These ultrafine dendritic copper powders are used for electromagnetic shielding and in touch screens. By the end of 2015 and with the current rate of orders, it is estimated that more than 20% of all smartphones and ultrabooks worldwide will be manufactured using this special copper powder.
